How to use:

  • Please do not insert the card into your phone before arriving at your destination to avoid early activation.
  • Plug in your phone when you arrive at your destination
  • Turn on mobile data and leave the carrier selection to Automatic. Wait a few minutes for the phone to search the network.
  • APN (Access Point Name): See package instructions if necessary
  • This data card only includes Internet data services and does not support voice calls and text messages.
  • If you need to use the call function, please use chat software ( for example : WhatsApp / Telegram, etc. for voice calls )

Note: Generally, the card is inserted and used. If it cannot be used, please first check the access point of the mobile phone and whether data roaming is turned on.

There are many reasons why the SIM card cannot be used, and it may not necessarily be a problem with the SIM card itself, so please contact us or the service provider included in the package for support first.

Customer service contact information is posted inside the package and can be contacted wherever Wi-Fi is available.
